Case study 1: Our client is the owner of a successful advertising and media agency in South Africa. Over the years he has built up the value of his company and has a secure and steady stream of good quality clients. He has also built up a very attractive property portfolio which has shown substantial appreciation over the years. Since 1997 we have provided him with sound financial and business advice by restructuring his business to maximize his wealth from the business, and have managed the company's and his property portfolio's administration. We are now assisting him in liquidating his property portfolio and re-investing his funds in safe and secure investments, through a Trust fund established in the Channel Isles, United Kingdom. Through a structure we devised, we have managed to extract some cash out of the business, without depleting the business cash reserves and have invested the funds in a Trust Fund, also in the Channel Isles, United Kingdom.
